Sam has just (today!) finished a significant amount of work at our house including ripping out our very old boiler and water tanks in the loft/airing cupboard and installing a new boiler, additional heating, Hive and new pipe work and radiator valves - all solo. We were really impressed with Sam from the moment he came to quote. He spent an hour with us talking us through the options, (speaking in the direction of both me and my husband which not all companies did!) as well as advising us on what we shouldn’t ask for from other companies as part of their quotes (eg our pipes were too old/narrow to cope with a power flush, so he recommended a chemical clean). He also didn’t shy away from quoting a difficult to install new radiator, which again, others did leading us to wonder about their level of expertise. We booked Sam a few months in advance to complete our work and he turned up on the day, on time. We’ve been thoroughly impressed with him throughout. He’s considerate (we’ve been working from home for part of his time here), methodical and tidies up after himself completely every day. He’s friendly and works like a demon to complete the job, overcoming obstacles with a smile on his face. An unreserved recommendation - so much so I’m writing my first Google review. We will replace our en suite at some point in the next couple of years and won’t look anywhere else. Thank you Sam!

Sam removed our very old boiler and water tank, and installed a new combi-boiler. All works completed in three days and to a good standard. He was easy to have around and cleaned up after himself thoroughly each afternoon. Communication was good - he answered our questions and kept us informed throughout. We went with Sam because he had the best Google reviews, and he lived up to our expectations. Would definitely recommend.

Sam’s the best! He explained in full what he would do, arranged a date and came and did it! Really professional guy. Previous plumber’s installation many years ago turned out to have one or two ‘abnormal’ plumbing type fittings. Sam only had to look at it to know it wasn’t right, and knew exactly how to improve it all this time around. Thank you, Sam for everything!

Sam is a knowledgable, professional and reliable plumber who fitted my central heating system to a very high standard and exactly to my requirements. His workmanship, attention to detail and accurate quote made the process simple and stress less. Highly recommended!
Absolutely deserve 5* reviews. Sam was prompt responding, fitting new boiler and after care following a minor issue was above and beyond. You rarely find a gem with tradesmen but Sam is one. From detailed quotation, fitting and professionalism from start to finish, you'd be hard stretched to find better.
Thoroughly recommend Sam and his colleagues. Efficient quoting: coming round at a time that suited us, offering us advice (and not the more expensive options!) and providing the quotation in a timely manner. They installed our new boiler with minimum disruption to ourselves. Always tidied away at the end of the day. We are extremely pleased with the work carried out and have a lovely warm house!

After my old boiler started playing up I made a call to this company and I am so glad I did. New boiler installed today after only a week from when I called. Can not rate them enough, clean & tidy, polite & trustworthy, pipework is fantastic and the boiler is great. Thank you guys definitely job well done, will be highly recommending to others.

Really good service. Sam was quiet, quick, and efficient. We barely knew he was here, but he did a great job. Really pleased we used him.
Sam at SDCS Plumbing and Heating fitted our new boiler and heating system, He done a very good job with no inconvenience (all through the bad weather) at a very reasonable cost would highly recommend.
Sam and his mate fitted us a new boiler and 2 heated towel rails, couldn't fault anything, would recommend him to anyone.
